Returns & exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I’m sorry to hear that. Please contact me to discuss your options. An item can be returned in its original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery for store credit.
Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be packaged carefully. Items received in a broken condition due to poor packaging will not receive a refund. Item must be received in resalable condition.
In case of craftsmanship defect, request for full refund within 14 days of your receipt of the item will be granted and will be issued only after the item has been returned safely to Bedrock Rose.
In returning your item, it is recommended you purchase shipping insurance; Bedrock Rose is not responsible for missing packages. If the return item is not received, or is received in damaged condition due to poor packaging, no refund will be credited.
Shipping for U.S Customers:
Your jewelry will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box with insurance and tracking. Shipping and insurance at the cost of $10 is added at checkout and is based on current USPS Priority Mail costs for Small Flat Rate box plus added insurance. I regret that I cannot offer free shipping, but let's be frank, companies who offer free shipping roll the cost into the price of goods. As an artist, my margins are already extremely tight. I appreciate your understanding and hope you'll understand this policy.
Shipping for International Customers:
Non-U.S. orders will be shipped via USPS first class International. Delivery confirmation is not available for first class international shipping, so I can only provide the customs form number. I cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees that are charged upon delivery are not reflected in my shipping charges , therefore I cannot be responsible for any additional costs that may occur after I have shipped the item.
For an additional shipping fee, I can send packages via International priority mail or International Express mail. International priority mail may not offer tracking, but will help the package arrive sooner. International express mail offers both insurance and tracking.
